Christy's knack for creation and passion for cooking let this dream take flight - to bring the toast culture with her and share it with everyone.

Following the success of her toast bar pop-up in hall in 2018, the 52 plates of handcrafted toast sold showed her that, even the most impossible sounding of dreams could be made possible.
​
Cue Toast Tribe, which started with the very intention to deliver sourdough toasts with original recipes and home-made ingredients. She sources her breads local bakers, The Humbleground and Micro Bakery.
​
Her passion for creation is taken further in her seasonal bakes. Keep a lookout for bake sales and collaborations to come.

Then came The Slow Press, a publication she launched for the love of food, experimenting, and telling stories. Now, the monthly pdf is created by a team of equally passionate individuals determined to grow the Toast Tribe community.
